Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging, in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Because our products are consumable supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used supplements or food products
- Personal care items once opened
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if they have been opened after delivery, including consumable supplements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
