Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary for international orders, and some regions (including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and certain EU countries) may experience slightly longer delivery times.
All shipping times are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs clearance or carrier-related issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
We begin processing orders quickly, so there is only a limited window to correct an address. If you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@vitateinwellness.com. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost or not delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@vitateinwellness.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a shipping confirmation, this means your order has already left our facility and is on its way to you.
